Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned to us by in-game trade. Only after we receive the item(s) the refund process will continue.
Additional non-returnable items:
Store Credit;
Astral Diamonds;
Special Request items or custom orders;
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

We Grind Games only offers virtual items. We do not sell physical products of any type, for this reason tracking information is not provided nor required. Orders will be delivered withing 12 hours after payment is confirmed. There are two options for delivery:
In-game trade (face-to-face) - Orders delivered by this method are fulfilled as soon as customer receives the items;
In-game mail - Orders are delivered not in the presence of the customer. When this method is chosen orders are fulfilled immediately after the in-game mail is sent.

For a safe transaction your first order will always be delivered by in-game trade (face-to-face). The required information to deliver your items is your PSN ID or XBOX ID (Online ID under Playstation or XBOX) - so be very careful when typing this information. On your first order we will be confirming this information and adding it to your profile in store. YOUR ORDERS WILL ONLY BE DELIVERED TO THE PSN ID THAT WE HAVE ALREADY CONFIRMED. If you wish to change your initial PSN ID a new confirmation is required.

If we agree to a refund, you will be notified immediately after you item is returned to us by in-game trade.

Occasionally we may agree to exchange an item. Contact us withing 24 hours of your purchase and we will discuss the possibility. Send us an email at and our staff will respond as soon as possible.

We Grind Games only sells virtual goods. Shipping is not required. We save a screenshot and a video of all deliveries for a period of 30 days. You automatically confirm items were received if we are not notified by you within 12 hours after your order is fulfilled by us.

By agreeing with this policy you understand all products are virtual goods and no tracking number is provided. Items are received immediately after delivered. You acknowledge there are risks to this transaction as we are not responsible for any problems such as internet connection issues, game server issues, personal account issues or any other events that may prevent you from receiving purchased items.

You also agree to contact us within 12 hours after order is fulfilled in case you find any problems, inconsistencies and/or if you believe not to have received your purchase. If we do not receive any notifications from you by e-mail, live chat, Discord or Facebook your order will be considered complete, meaning you acknowledge the items purchased were properly received by you by in-game mail. Items delivered by in-game trade are not eligible to such complaints.

We Grind Games will not have any liability or responsibility for any glitches or problems that may happen in game that could prevent you from accessing your items and/or in-game mail after products leave out inventory - a video of the delivery is saved and is available to the customer if requested.

We Grind Games reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Every purchase requires you to accept our policy.
