Enhancement Power: Chance on hit to reduce the enemy's Critical Strike by 7.5% for 15 seconds when your companion is near. The value of the buff depends on the quality of your summoned pet. Maximum 7.5%

Player Bonus Power: On attack you have a 10% chance to have a lightning strike your target doing 9 magnitude damage. When you strike a foe you have a 50% chance to arcing a bolt of lightning off of them, this can chain up to 3 times.
