You will receive and UNCOMMON item. At maximum quality (Mythic) the stats are:
Use: For 12 seconds, your Power and Damage Resistance increases 5%, and your size and speed increases 25%.
For each enemy that you have in combat, you gain an additional 6.7 power and defense, and 10% size, up to 5 enemies. With 5 enemies or more, release an icy blast that slows them 20%, and deals 96 damage each second for 12 seconds.
